Clutch Branch is a high-tech enterprise specialized in the production of automobile clutch, which mainly produces diaphragm spring clutches and spiral spring clutches, with an annual production capacity of 1.30 million clutches. It is also a leading enterprise of the clutch industry of China. The clutches produced by the company have been honored as national inspection-free products and famous brand products of Guangxi. The company is one of the developers of two industrial standards, national QC/T25 Technical Specifications for Dry Friction Clutch Assembly of Automobile and the QC/T27 Testing Method for the Stand for Dry Friction Clutch Assembly of Automobile.
The company is equipped with six internationally advanced Austrian AICHELIN fully automatic heat treatment production lines and semi-automatic assembly lines, whose products consist of more than 300 different models under over 30 categories covering all series ranging from mini cars to heavy duty vehicles. The FD380 and FD430L series diaphragm spring clutch assemblies developed independently by the company have filled the domestic gap and been certified by the Ministry of Science and Technology as key new products to be promoted nationally. Its products like FD350D and FD350D-D have been respectively designated as supporting products by Dongfeng Mengshi, Warrior Military Off-road Vehicles and Military Transport Vehicles.
Its clients include Yuchai, Dongfeng Cummins, Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle, Shaanxi Heavy Duty Automobile, SAIC Iveco Hongyan, SAIC GM Wuling, Dongfeng Off-road Vehicles, Zhengzhou Nisan, Zhengzhou Yutong, Shenzhen Wuzhoulong, Xiamen King Long, Dongfeng Motor, Jianghuai Motor. Some products are also exported to the US and Brazil (Eaton) .
